Description - In the walking piece Among Us, the audience members are the protagonists, and the city is the stage. Among Us takes you to places you may have passed many times, but invites you to view them through a different lens. How do you relate to the strangers on the streets? What can you imagine about the lives of the people that brush by? How much are you willing to share about yourself to others, to learn where your connections lie? Among Us moves from observation to participation, culminating in a game of choice and affiliation that gradually illuminates the hidden social structures that define us.
Location - Horton Plaza Park
Patron Notes - Please wear comfortable shoes. The performance ends at a location approx. 1 mile from Horton Plaza Park. Round trip walk from starting location is 2 miles. Patrons can choose to park at either starting or ending location (at Ruocco Park). Use of headphones. Recommended for ages 16+
